Product cards open a Google Form so you can ask about a listed item. The form may include the item name, school, size, condition, price, your name or handle, contact method, question, and purchase intent.

The College Closet uses simple manual tools while the business is being validated. This notice explains what information may be collected when you ask about an item or submit apparel for review.
Seller intake
The seller page creates a text message to The College Closet. It may include your name, phone number, school, approximate pickup or shipping context, item count, condition, preferences, notes, and photos you choose to attach in the text thread.
Payment details
Do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords, student IDs, exact dorm room numbers, or other unnecessary private information. Payment, pickup, delivery, shipping, refunds, and exchanges are confirmed manually before any transaction.
Storage and deletion
Private buyer and seller details should stay in the approved Google Form response location or SMS thread, not in this public website repo. You can ask The College Closet to delete private details that are no longer needed for an active inquiry, transaction, support issue, or safety issue.
